Balance Body & Mind

Jiva
welcomes all students of all levels and
interests — new or more experienced, young and old alike.
We are a small yoga studio of warm and friendly teachers and students
who enjoy supporting each other in a practice that helps us to live
more fully. Our aim is to help each student develop a lifelong daily
yoga practice and to experience the health and wellness that this
brings.
We recognize that every student may have a different purpose in
taking yoga classes. Some of you will come for flexibility, strength
or better overall fitness; others of you will come to reduce stress;
and still yet others of you may come searching for deeper spiritual
meaning in your lives. Whatever your goal is, we are here to help
you realize it.

Jiva offers Vinyasa yoga. A dynamic yoga flow which builds strength
and flexibility. For new students, we offer a Level One that provides
a safe and friendly environment for getting familiar with your body
and basic asanas (postures). For students with some or more experience,
we offer All Levels classes. For those who wish to deepen their
practice and understanding of yoga, we also offer a variety of workshops.
Please join us as we share in this inspiring healing art.

and you’ll probably be surprised.Eclectic music plays an integral
role.
